The Shareholders of Green Care Agro are all ex-Cadets of Rajshahi Cadet College and a rare homogeneous group unlike other business or commercial enterprises. Expectations are that the cadets, after receiving the best that the country can offer, will contribute to nation building. It is in this context that the Shareholders of Green Care Agro have come forward to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of those who are impoverished and marginally challenged. The Small Holding Tea Cultivation concept provided an excellent opportunity to further this cause and give our vision “My land, My Garden” a successful platform. In our own way, we believe that this initiative is also a perfect blending of charity and enterprise and give credence to our sense of obligation to “Pay Back” the nation.

Green Care Agro strives to maintain a very delicate balance to present a human face. Helping people to enhance their livelihood and develop human capital is one of our pre-eminent goals. As the pioneering initiator, our example has contributed to the huge growth and success of North Bengal tea industry and we are proud to have been the trendsetter to an industry that continues to gain a larger share of the national contribution.

Through our modest efforts, we would like to join those who are already dedicating to help and contributing to nation building and along the way, we hope that others will be encouraged to pursue similar objectives.
